PPE Face Shields

We're makers.  We want to help by using the tools / skills that we have. It's what we do .

The PPE that we've agree upon and tested is based on the 3DVerkstan  design.

How to help? 

If you have a 3D printer capable of printing in ABS, down load this file start printing.

Can be printed in about 1 hour on 0.4mm nozzle.

If you have ANY SYMPTOMS of Covid-19, PLEASE avoid helping out for now. Thank you.

Handling Instructions

WASH YOUR HANDS!

When the print is complete, use gloves to remove and place in a sealed bag if possible along with a note about last printed piece was placed in the bag. Example: April 3. 2:00am. This way we can track which parts are 'good to go' based on the virus known life span on plastic.

What's next?

We're working on a stacked version for bulk printing and a larger layout for cutting on water jets.
