Build a bicycle-powered elevator

Project Description: 

This is a fun project to challenge your engineering and mechanical skills. While we don't have a tree house, we do have some pretty high ceilings - we'll talk about safety later. 

It would be awesome to see a mobile version of this tooling along in the Maker Faire entry in the July 1st Parade in 2015.
